High-intensity laser therapy in San Juan de Alicante
High-intensity therapeutic laser to support tissue regeneration and ease pain and inflammation.
What it is and how we use it
High-intensity laser therapy (HILT) delivers high-intensity light that reaches deep tissues. This energy stimulates cell activity, including the production of ATP, the energy cells need to repair injured tissue.
We use it within each protocol to support regeneration and help control pain and inflammation, especially in the early phases. It always goes together with exercise and manual therapy, which consolidate recovery.
It is non-invasive, painless and takes a few minutes. We check contraindications first, such as pregnancy or some oncological conditions.
Used for
- Muscle tears and injuries
- Tendinopathies
- Sprains and ligament injuries
- Lower back and neck pain
- Osteoarthritis and joint pain
- Recovery after surgery
