Physiotherapy for runners
Most running injuries appear when training load grows faster than your tissues can handle. We treat the injury, adjust your training and take you back to running, from your first jog to your next race.
Does this happen when you run?
- Pain around the kneecap on downhills or stairs
- Pain on the outside of the knee after a certain distance
- Your Achilles tendon hurts in the morning
- Heel pain with your first steps
- Pain along the inside of the shin
- A sharp pain in your calf or hamstring when changing pace

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to stop running?
Not always. With many injuries you can keep running by adjusting volume and intensity. We give you clear guidelines from the first session.
Will you change my shoes or my gait?
We focus on load, strength and technique, which matter most. If footwear or an insole could help, we will advise you.
Can you prepare me for a specific race?
Yes. If you have a date in mind, we plan your recovery and return to training around it.
