Frequently asked questions

Do I need to see a doctor first?

It is not required to book. If the assessment shows signs that need medical tests, we will tell you and point you in the right direction.

When should I go to A&E?

If the dizziness comes on suddenly with difficulty speaking, weakness, double vision or a very severe headache, go to A&E or call 112.

How many sessions will I need?

Positional vertigo usually improves in a few sessions. Longer-standing unsteadiness needs more work. We give you an estimate after the assessment.
