Lift your arm without shoulder pain
The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the body and one of the most painful when something goes wrong. We find which structure is involved and treat it with manual therapy, exercise and ultrasound-guided techniques.
Sound familiar?
- It hurts to lift your arm above your head
- You cannot sleep on that side
- Putting on a jacket or doing up buttons is hard
- Your shoulder has become stiff
- You notice clicking or feel it slipping out
- You have had surgery and your movement is not coming back

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an MRI before coming?
No. The examination and in-clinic ultrasound are usually enough to start. If a scan is needed, we will tell you.
Does rest help?
Complete rest usually makes stiffness worse. It is better to adjust the load and keep moving within tolerance, with prescribed exercises.
Do you treat shoulders after surgery?
Yes, we follow your surgeon’s protocol from the first weeks.
