How we work on your knee

Ultrasound assessment

We examine the knee, measure strength and mobility and look at the structures with ultrasound in the same visit.

A plan with goals

We explain what is wrong and agree measurable goals: pain, mobility, strength and activity.

Treatment

Manual therapy, exercise and, when it helps, EPI®, neuromodulation, shockwave or magnetotherapy.

Rehabilitation and discharge

Strength, running and jumping, with tests before each step, until you are back to your activity.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a referral from a doctor?

No. You can book directly. If the assessment shows you need a scan or a medical opinion, we will tell you and can arrange it with the team’s orthopaedic surgeon.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the injury and your goals. We give you an estimate in the first session and review it as you progress.

Do you treat knees after surgery?

Yes. We provide rehabilitation after ACL, meniscus and knee replacement surgery, in coordination with your surgeon.

What should I bring to the first appointment?

Any reports and scans you have (MRI, ultrasound, surgical report) and comfortable clothes that let us see the knee.
